Projection again. Who's "cowardly"? If you're gonna steal from travelers, do it in person, you vile parasite. Don't call the honest people, who try to protect the public from scum such as yourself, names.
Lanier states that DC’s red-light and speed cameras are “designed specifically to save lives” and would probably argue that the cameras are installed for that primary purpose, rather than to produce revenue. She then condemns the use of a computer program that in essence assists in the accomplishment of her alleged goal as a, “cowardly tactic”. And, then accuses the designers of the program of assisting in the circumvention of law enforcement.
Chiefette Lanier probably sincerely believes that the Constitution, specifically the 1st ten Amendments along with the 14th Amendment, was also designed to circumvent law enforcement. We already know where she stands on the 2nd Amendment. Now we know what she thinks about the 1st Amendment as well, "with the Internet and all the new technology, it's almost impossible to stop the flow of information."
