We're the Only Ones with the Lamest Story Enough

The lamest so far came from a police officer: He said he bought a few military-style rifles, left them in his car and — on the same night — forgot to lock a door. He couldn’t explain why he didn’t file a police report or why he visited Mexico the day after the alleged theft. [More]
I'm sure he had noble reasons. After all, that's why guys like him are the "Only Ones"... and we're not.

  1. When the gansters have automatic rifles and the locals are left with their government-allowed .22 rifles and shotguns (supplemented by flooded trenches), the innocents have an incentive to pay American smugglers a premium price for a new semi-auto rifle or pistol. Guns obtained via "straw man" sales could very well support the self defense efforts of those defending their lives.

  2. "straw" purchases have never made sense to me.

If I buy a music CD listen to it (fiddle with it) and determine I don't like it I have the "right of first sale" and can resell this CD to whom ever I wish. No questions asked, no process of government approval, etc.

How is an individual buying a firearm different.

I buy the gun I think I want, I take it home, I determine I don't like it as much as I thought and I sell it to someone else (and ideally make a little more than I paid).

If the ATF comes knocking I ask them if they have a warrant. If they say no, I say "F.O.A.D." If they say yes I say "lawyer". Really this is a crime that only the stupid could be convicted of.

Remember James Duane "don't talk to cops" and thats all you need to know about avoiding a conviction for straw purchases.

  4. Question proposed by Federal THUG at front door: Why do you need two handguns?

    Reply: Are you my Daddy?

    Thug responds: Uhhh...no.

Final statement: Then go F*%# yourself.

    Close door. End of contact

  5. "The ATF recently dispatched 100 veteran agents to its Houston division"

We need to come up with some sort of legal way to keep tabs on these sorts of moves.

Might be a way to get inside the OODA loop for some of the really nasty stuff they're thinking about doing.

  6. The logic will never be accepted by the anti-gunners (people haters), but the obvious answer is to eliminate all non-violent aggressors from the list of "criminals" and they'd suddenly have a vastly lower number of "criminals" buying or owning guns!

Win/win for us, but a dead loss for the people haters, of course.

  7. Correction! I hate not being able to edit. LOL

I mean to eliminate all non-violent people from the list of criminals. I had written something else and neglected to remove the word "aggressors." Oh me... I need COFFEE!
