Funny how the AG needles that Wisconsin does not permit concealed carry, but neglects to mention Wisconsin is an open carry state (even our AG and Gov admit that.)
Also note that Vermont is conspicuously absent from the memo altogether.
It's not perfect, but it's a hell of a lot better than what we had. The new law doesn't recognize a non-existant permit, for example. Also, it just recognizes the permits of 36 states as valid in Nebraska without any letters of reciprocity for us when WE travel.
