We went to western Pennsylvania, where hunting is popular, and to Baltimore, Maryland, where it isn’t, to understand better the cultural gap that divides the two sides. [More]Idiot "Authorized Journalists" don't have a clue, do they?

At least in comments over there, they let both sides have their say. But leave it to CNN to cast it as a hunting issue, not a human right. Loved it when some of the commentors framed gun owners as racists. Ok, so I'm a racist. Do something about it.
ReplyDeleteComment by "CAROL": "The second amendment gives us the right to bear MUSKETS, not uzis. Think about it."
ReplyDeleteThis "scholar" believes that an amendment "gives" us rights. Amazing.
I suppose, CAROL, that the 1st Amendment only "gives" you the right to make oral or hand-written comments. Think about it.
When I lived in PA I noticed that the people were very big on hunting, yet believed they were in a suburb of NYC, to whom they looked for guidance and thought of as a bigger, wiser brother. The were very wishy-washy about the actual RIGHT to keep and bear arms and seemed almost anxious to get permission from someone- ANYone.
ReplyDeleteI posted the Atlanta Declaration.
ReplyDeleteLets see if they allow the comment.
BTW, NEVER let them call you a racist, NEVER reliquish the moral or military high ground willingly.
THEY are the racists, and never let them forget it.
