Good for Thee But Not for Me

Unlike most Chicagoans, Scott could have been a legal handgun owner. Because he had it before the ban was enacted, he was allowed to register and keep it. But the police department says he never did. I wonder if an equal rights lawsuit might not have some merit?

  1. Scott's hypocrisy is indisputably contemptible, but I think he might have gone a bit overboard (no pun intended) in imposing the death penalty on himself.

  2. At least he won't be charged with discharging a gun inside city limits. But I'm sure his political enemies are at least satisfied with his range card.
