Let's see here, the cop said the subject ran, as he ran he pulled a large caliber handgun from his right front cargo pants pocket, he did this with a broken right arm caused by a bullet breaking his humerus just above the elbow. Uh huh, I believe that, NOT!
And at the same time he pulled a "large folding knife" from his other pocket, or he pulled the knife and not the gun, or he pulled the gun and not the knife, or as witnesses said he was empty-handed and was running and got shot in the back, which would make it pretty hard for the cops to see what he was doing if anything in his front pockets. I just don't think I believe all that, Hell, I don't believe any of it except the uninvolved witness account
I bet the "official investigation" will claim they believe it, except the uninvolved witness account, after all he isn't a trained observer, unlike Only Ones, he cannot see what doesn't happen, though. Any takers?
From Jim's testimony it looks like the real issue isn't "shot in the back trying to flee", but "tasered without cause". Everything that followed was justifiable self-defense after a police officer used lethal force (which a taser is) without cause.
This is disgusting! When these thugs wrongfully threaten our lives with their weapons, we are supposed to stop being human, resist our survival instincts and JUST TAKE IT! This reminds me of the movie Braveheart where the disgusting snaggle-toothed soldier tries to rape Wallace's bride and she and Wallace RESIST and she is put to death for it.
Of course, there is no way that i will be able to make the "good" Republicans in my local party understand this comparison. They worship cops in defiance of 1st Commandment.
It will definitely be interesting to see how this plays out. Jim is both a lawyer and an instructor at Frontsight- which may work in his favor. Or maybe not. Vegas cops are a notoriously nasty bunch of cretins.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely Hypnogogue. I would be in favor of killing the sonofabitch on the spot when he reached for the taser, without cause of course.

Comply or die. Any questions?
