We're the Only Ones Overcharged Enough

Yeah, I'm sure if one of us "accidentally" popped an "Only One," manslaughter would be considered an overcharge.

    lets see, Pileggi was showing off a handgun, he fired it, ostensibly accidentally, the shot hit another man in the throat and he died. He is still dead and is expected to remain so.

    Yeah, I can how manslaughter would be unprovable. In an alternate universe.
