    The Halloween murder (and previous arson) have been charged to a man who passionately worked to reform the criminal justice system.

    The cafe-killings was a man with a deeply rooted criminal past.

    I've been following both cases, they're following predictable lines - except, Christopher Monfort survived when the police tried getting revenge.
