I have to ask this. If the traitors who authored, voted for and signed this bill into law were shot and killed with out of state ammunition, would that mean no crime had been committed because no California ammunition law had been broken at point of sale?
Seems to me immunity would apply to any ammunition that was subject to Ca. law at purchase.
