    What a country! Where else could you go to get a six figure salary, with a 75% failure rate?

    Of course, this is good if your intent is not to really protect, but control citizens.

    DHS couldn't catch a cold on a rainy day. When they've got a director who can't find her ass with both hands, and a cadre of power hungry second raters, the result is a bureacracy with a record as good as the St.Louis Rams, but they believe themselves to be the Colts.
