Many years ago in high school, I was forced into this literature class. One of the many "enlightened" authors we were to study was Sherwood Anderson, born in Camden, Ohio. Other than being a boring novelist, his most noteworthy event was swallowing a toothpick, and dying. Insert irony here, I moved 17 years ago, and the nearest town is Camden, Ohio.
Don't laugh too much, the local Red Robin hamburger joint doesn't give out toothpicks, either, for the same reason. Too dangerous.
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely insane and its spreading.
ReplyDeleteNot sure if the comments in the article are a joke or not.
ReplyDeleteThat's the scary part.
