ReplyDeleteI think years ago the BAT FAYS said that any weapon that could be converted to fully automatic with 8 hours of work was a machine gun.
ReplyDeleteOne gunsmith was heard to say, "I could convert a Volvo into a machine gun in 8 hours".
The Bat Fays have been too embarrassed to put much emphasis on that time requirement since then.
