Tyranny in Action

What good is having representation if it's not recognized? [More]

A significant point of order to Rep. Cantor: It's not "an insult to our democracy."

It's attempted murder of the Republic.

And Murtha is a domestic enemy.

  1. Well, hell, let's have us another Tea Party march, and write our Congress, and poke our fingers in the air on TV. That'll teach em'. (As an aside, I have this giddy belief that these !@@%%@%^^! are not going to change one whit, until they are FORCED to do so.)

Public opinion can be quite helpful to a cause, and every time one of these wannabe tyrants flaunts themselves in a manner in which the public can easily see, it leads more people to question the perceived legitimacy of the so-called democracy.

Tea Parties may not get those evil folks in office to change their ways, but they can help sway more people to learn about the Constitution and thus convert one more away from being a useful idiot.

  3. Then what? We will change the way the politicians run the country? You saw what Murtha did. He gave it to the ayes when they clearly were in the minority. I fear that the only way thesepeople will understand that we mean business is when some of them are badly bloodied.

"Then what?" Is it harder to evac after a bad bloodying among a populace which is nothing more than a fearful spy arm of the establishment, or among those at the very least sympathetic to the cause of restoration and liberty?

While education and public outcry may not make the wannabe tyrants change their ways (and I doubt either will), it can make what must be done easier.

  5. I encourage all Americans to vote "NO" with the weapon of their choice.

    This is an unattributed quote.

This will not be settled peacefully. The sooner we really believe that, the sooner we can get about the business of settling it.

  7. Already a believer, SA, and you are right about how it will be settled. All the shouting in the world will not change things at all. And the only way people are going to be swayed, is into the cattle cars.
