    New York City Police. Destroying and trampling your Constitutional Rights since 1911. To Protect and Serve.(Our Unions) First Responders.( Well, actually, we get there right after the bad guys leave, so we're second responders, first responders sounds nicer.) When we don't like your looks, we'll shoot you ten or twelve times, rape you with a baton, or just beat the living crap out of you. Hey, it's called a New York state of mind.
