    These are the ones who's crimes were so heinous that they could not be glossed over. Imagine what went under the radar as "departmental policies?"
    If the government has declared 'WAR' on so many things, like poverty, drugs,and other concepts that it is impossible to not be caught up in these soi-disant wars; does that mean that I should act like a POW if I am Arrested?
