Why is ATF Ducking Questions about 'Toy Gun' Seizure?

I see them refusing to answer questions. I see them hiding.

I wonder why? I wonder what they have to hide? [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner column notes a seeming aversion to the light.

That must mean it's time to shine more on.

    This whole thing is a rehersal and a recon of what they are about to do. They are also checking OPFOR reaction and strength. They got nothin' to worry about, just a bunch of people looking at their wristwatches. Me? The usual, I don't know whether to shit, or wind my watch. At least if I did one, I'd see some results.
