Time to Crime in Bloomberg Paradise

That "iron pipeline" doesn't seem to flow very well. I wonder what the breakdown is for "Over"...?

I'd like to see a "time to conviction" chart. And another one for "length of sentences." For BATFU.

  1. If the "Time-to-Crime" cannot be calculated for 2,282 cases out of 5,135 cases, then that is about 44% of cases. 536 cases are under 3 years for "Time-to-Crime", or about 10% of the total of cases.

    But what does this all mean, other than a feeble attempt to propagate BS statistics to justify a bloated bureaucracy?
