Waiting for the Punch Line

A bill slowly making its way through the state Legislature would make it legal for Wisconsin residents to use deadly force if necessary to protect their homes. [More]
What--you mean this isn't a joke?

Well, how about this part?
Marshfield Police Chief Gary Jepson said he agrees with the concept that a home is a person's castle but deadly force may not be necessary to protect it...

"The first line is the police and they will be the ones to sort out whether force is responsible or not."

  1. I read the article and comments. It’s amazing that so many people seem to think that god will send a guardian angel to protect them. For their sakes, I really hope so because; the local police and/or the federales won’t be there in time to do anything but clean up the mess and write the reports.

God must have been on hiatus during the 1930s and 40s. If god either couldn’t or wouldn’t respond to 6,000,000 people continuously praying for relief, what makes the people of Wisconsin think they’re so special?

There was a phrase heard often during WW-II, “Praise the lord and pass the ammunition!”

  4. The cops will come... Draw an outline around the victems and determine they should have used lethal force to defend themselves.

WV=noprote = What police usually are
