It violates due process to transport a presumed innocent arrestee in the K-9 dog cage of the back of the police car with dog hair and dried urine and feces. [More]Like they have to be told this? Seriously? Via a judgment?
Yeah, these are the "Only Ones" I want advising me of my rights...
Good grief.

Leaving aside the issues David raises about this, I want the K-9 cop fired for having a dog cage that has dried urine and feces in it.
ReplyDeleteHaving to use a cage for the dog is, on occasion, going to result in urine and/or feces in the cage. _Leaving_ said urine and feces in the cage long enough to be "dry" and is not acceptable and is improper treatment of the dog.
I'm with Bob R. Any non-Only One dog owner that kept their dog in those kinds of conditions would be arrested for animal cruelty.
ReplyDeleteThink I'll write me a letter....
