Nice Shot

Craig Harrison killed the two insurgents from an astounding distance of 8,120 feet -- or 1.54 miles -- in Helmand Province last November firing an Accuracy International L11583 long-range rifle. [More]
Here's to the day when Cpl. Harrison's countrymen can keep and bear such a rifle.

    I don't have the specs for the L11583 right at hand - but there's the possibility it's an air rifle. I'm pretty sure those are legal over there. ;)

    I believe it was an AirSoft converted readily to a .50BMG.

    Whatever it was, that sob could shoot.
