If a man was tortured into confessing and was subsequently executed aren't the people who coerced the confession responsible for his death?
Did not those thugs intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence cause the death of an individual?
The US government gladly turns old SS personnel over to Israel for prosecution and probable execution. Statute of limitations be damned!
