The Nazis filmed all their atrocities, certain that history would judge them to be correct, even heroes. Our socialist governments and their minions seem to be aproaching the same level of arrogance and hubris. And what will bystanders do when a videographer is choke-slammed by the authorities? I know what they SHOULD do.
I can only tell you what I would do. Well no, I can't. I would lose the advantage of surprise were I to do so. Let's just say that I view them as Intolerable Acts and I would not tolerate them.
I am ready and willing to join any others who wish to do something now. But until I see that commitment I will be forced to wait until they do it to me. Then intolerance will be my response, with extreme unction.
We them "Intolerable Acts," but we continue to tolerate them.
It's time to start a serious, open discussion of the use of retaliatory violence as a deterrent against abuses like this. As the article states, courts and "good cops" are not doing enough or even saying enough to stop this.
