    Even the white suburban kids are immersed in and enamored of the urban thug culture. So a free "Teen Bling Concert" late on a Saturday night, downtown... GREAT idea. Crowding, people "feeling disrespected" because somebody got pushed into them, different gang factions colliding ... all the ingredients were there
