I'm glad I saw "50 First Dates" before I found out about her fascist leanings. She was actually cute in that. She's not looking so good now, and those Cover Girl commercials? They are ludicrous.
ReplyDeleteRight on about the research-challenged media, David. Even the crime and politics reporters don't bother. The Brady press releases are so easy to rewrite, and they trust their Only One buddies to give them the straight scoop.
A recent Gallup poll says 20% of Americans admit trusting the media, mostly those UNDER 20. They haven't been BOHICAed yet. At least, haven't realized it.

ReplyDeleteI freely admit that I take mild antidepressants. Know why? All the males on both sides of my family had depressive, addictive personalities and were alcoholics, before antidepressants were invented, and it is hereditary.
Should I start boozing it up instead? Kinda too late; the prescriptions are on record.
