Had the exact same kind of shooting in the East End of Richmond, VA, an elderly black man walking with a 6-year-old he babysits to the grocery store near his apartment. He told HIS attackers he didn't have any money. The bastards were shooting to kill in both cases. This kind of stuff is on the rise.
