How long until liberty-themed bumper stickers are "target indicators"? Oh yeah. THAT'S been going on for a long time already. If the goal of terrorists is indeed to terrorize people so they jump at their own shadow and have "9-1-" already dialed, then they've won, in the big cities, at least.
