    So $100 for a gun buy back and they obviously care about guns being stolen and returned (maybe). So why not offer $100 off coupons for a gun safe?

    What a deal. Surrender your privacy and maybe, later, all those guns, get a $5 lock.
    Of course it's "voluntary." For now.
    What's the W.Va. state motto, Montani semper liberi, "mountaineers are always free."
    Unless they decide not to be.
    New Oleans would have been a long drive for me. West Virginia is right next door.
