    Suspects were in a light-colored Ford Crown Victoria. Maybe it was even a stolen unmarked police car. That would complete the irony, in this story of known gangs waging war on public streets in a gun-free zone. Maybe they were even police guns unsecured and left in the car.

    The dominant ethnic group in D.C. are such fine citizens.

    Disarm everyone, so that they don't have to worry about being defended against.
