Is Banning Celebration of the Constitution on Constitution Day...

...Constitutional?

I wonder what would happen if they said the hell with paying a lawyer and just showed up--commemorating both the First and Second Amendments by exercising them?

    Their first mistake was asking permission to exercise their rights. Their second mistake was expecting permission.
