I'd guess an insulated coffee mug as used by millions of motorists would be perceived as a pipe bomb by these guys.
ReplyDeleteIt seems to take them nearly an hour to determine that a taped-up cardboard box with some wires sticking out is not a bomb. That information may be of some use to someone sometime.
ReplyDeleteHow long for them to realize that the stick of salami in your checked luggage may contain nitrates, sugar and fats but is not necessarily explosive?
