Former Putnam Sheriff's Detective Mike Hoover was arrested Sunday and booked into the Putnam jail on charges of assault and public intoxication. [More]What--no charges for this?
He had been placed on administrative leave from his job several weeks prior to that while the TBI investigated an incident in which a friend of Hoover's had allegedly used Hoover's service weapon in an altercation.[Via Carl S]
