That's thinly-veiled code for going out and stirring things up without regard for the individual rights of the citizenry. It's also a significant reason why people increasingly distrust, and even despise the police. We're not the enemy, we're the taxpayers who you are paid "to protect and serve". If the police feel that they've become jaded by seeing so many scumbags, it's time for them to get another job. Dealing with bad people is what they get paid for, along with the good.
Sadly, this cop will end up doing time in PC, if at all. He likes sexually abusing people? Maybe he could benefit from a little cornhole- stretching time with the other inmates. I'm sure they'll make the tough-guy, little league umpire pushing douchebag feel very welcome. :-)
