I think of the "First Million Mom March," the execution of naked Jewesses (and probably lesbians, gypsies, girlfriends who jilted them, anyone who got "noticed," etc., etc.)in Eastern Europe. That was done by local police. It's a short walk, once they decide you're mere meat.
