I keep seeing billboards asking us to donate to reduce hunger in America.
I think the real purpose of these supposed "health" law is, if I'm a restaurant owner, I'm an independent middle-class businessperson. If my food doesn't taste good, my customers go away and I shut down. I can get a low-paying job (maybe) stocking groceries I used to buy for my restautant. The city can raise taxes on my $7 an hour to make up for the lost tax revenue and jobs I used to provide, blame conseratives, and come ahout ahead with more power voted to them by the ignorant.
Just what we need in a dying economy. Another mandate based on junk science that will increase the cost of trucks, the expenses of those who own and drive them and the price of everything transported in them.
Of course, it was this now terrible "trans fat" that the experts told us would save our hearts from BUTTER!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd, does anybody remember whether coffee is "bad" or "good" this week? I can't keep track.
