A Thai court on Tuesday removed a key legal obstacle to the extradition to the U.S. of an alleged Russian arms smuggler dubbed "the Merchant of Death." [More]So, like, extradition can flow both ways, right? If the U.S. turned one of us over to a foreign government, they wouldn't have to observe our domestic Constitutional protections, would they?

What specific crime is he alleged to have committed against the US? His efforts on behalf of FARC do not impact US, or has FARC declared jihad too?

If there's a war, chances are it's because somebody's doing something they shouldn't to people who don't like it. Conflict isn't always bad. There was a mass rape in Congo last week, politically motivated, I guess. Guess which side must have been unarmed.
