Tennessee Trooper Michael Loftis; the NC K9 trooper who hanged his dog and kicked it for "training" purposes; the deputy who Tasered a frog for hours because he was bored, but it was OK, the frog "took it like a champ;" and the rest of a long list. Governments at all levels feel they're going to NEED people like this very soon. People without empathy or conscience. What do they have in mind for us?
