I heard on talk radio yesterday that a city had a "safe surrender" program for people with outstanding warrants. 14% of those who showed up at the designated church weren't even being sought by police. Now. The radio host speculated "What kind of life are you living, that you have to assume you're wanted by police?" Conversely, how about that conditioning, huh?
