    Statistically, because there is no right to bear arms in Illinois, it is actually pretty safe to attack someone on a dark street... Which might explain IL's high crime rate.

    Pargons of virtue, both I bet. And Mommy says he never caused a bit of trouble and wouldn't hurt anybody. Standing in the park with camoflage on. Yeh Right... Well, his partner learned a lesson anyway.
