It will be upon such "Laws" that any heavy-handed Government moves here are based. Of course, it will all be for the public safety.
When the laws of Man have turned into weapons, rely upon Moral Law and the innate right to self defense. Defense is moral not only against the enforcer of Man's law, but also those who write such laws.
