A Prohibited Person?

Now understand I'm not saying I necessarily believe the wife. I've got all kinds of documentation of false accusations, particularly resulting from domestic disputes.  There are a lot of crazy partners out there, and the man is innocent until proven guilty.

That said, ordinary mortals generally have ROs filed in these situations, and become de facto "prohibited persons" pending the outcome, and permanent ones if that outcome works against them.  I'm just wondering out loud if he's been similarly "disabled".
