The truck was parked along the National Mall near the National Air and Space Museum Wednesday afternoon, when an officer noticed something suspicious inside. [More]Assuming "Only Ones" really don't have powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men, just how is that possible?

"an officer noticed something suspicious inside"
ReplyDeleteYeah...like, maybe...insufficiently subjugated air?
Oh, and I'm sure, just sure that there is no sort of snooping going on around those parts. Because, you know, violating the Fourth Amendment would be, like, illegal.
Gun rights bumper sticker?
ReplyDeleteWell, they can't come right out and admit that they're using scanning trucks to do illegal searches of all vehicles, can they? Some people aren't ready to go naked -- to their skeletal structure -- for the good of the collective.
Some.
Even if the xray truck wasn't running the streets I'd guess any vehicle with tags from one of those states where folks own and use personal weapons is fair game for these cops. Imagine that, your state of residence is pc for stop, search and seizure.
ReplyDelete"Imagine that, your state of residence is pc for stop, search and seizure."
ReplyDeleteRespectfully, Anon:
"Imagine that, your consumption of oxygen is pc for stop, search and seizure."
There, fixed that for ya. :-)
Amendment II

Enforcers with Xray vision and Superpowers?
God given right to keep and bear arms, and to be secure about your person?
John Marshall (Chief Justice, SCOTUS, Marbury vs Madison, 1803) used the word 'repugnant' to drive home this point about fed.gov : All laws/ courts/ agencies/ legislatures which make themselves repugnant to the Constitution, are Null and Void.
