    Michael Vick went to Leavenworth for even ALLOWING people to do this kind of "training" of fighting dogs on a Virginia property he owned. He didn't even need to be there.
    This is North Carolina, where you have to apply to the local PD for a permit to buy a handgun. Hope they like you.
