Wish I could figure out a way to make sure the Fudds would see that link. The picture with the article is of an over/under double barreled shotgun--generally considered about the last gun to be in danger of more restrictions.
Oooh, scary. No, pathetic. Credibility shot to hell. We read about Rio de Janiero, Brazil, last week, where a sweep of the slums found lots of actual MACHINE GUNS and GRENADES. It's not like that stuff isn't going to find its way north, for the right price. The Blame American Gun Laws First people are writing a contract that will eventually be applied to THEIR FIRST Amendment. And by that time there will be no one left to speak up. Good thing WE won't let it get that far.
Big FOX ran with the story again, headlining the 'most Mex crime guns come from TX gunshops', but way down at the back end of the story admitted that of 30k guns seized, just 6k were traced (or traceable) and of those the majority did come from US.
A far cry from the 90% of 'all' Mex guns typically thrown about. And Big FOX's talking head admitted that we have no idea where all those things are really coming from. So much for fair and balanced.
"More guns than any other state..."
ReplyDeleteWhich is still a small portion of the total they get from outside the U.S., but that's inconvenient to the agenda.

ReplyDeleteWe're in the same boat, Fudds.
