  1. Hmmm. We're a few months farther along than even I had estimated.
    Does fedgov know that a town in California exploded and burned because of a faulty natural gas transmission line? It made news internationally. It's not like the world doesn't know there's a problem with our energy infrastructure.

    I can hear the advocates of the FIRST Amendment suddenly snapping out of their doze and demanding to know how this has been allowed to happen with no warning.
    It WOULD be harder for them to make bad laws (and agency-created regulations) and keep them if they applied to everyone.
