    Anyone ARRESTED more than once. Not CONVICTED.
    It's the latest trend in law enFORCEment.
    Detroit -- extremely grateful to Uncle for the bailout billions -- stands ready to design those breath analyzer interlocks right into the standard ignition system for EVERYONE. Hell, maybe they could sniff your hands for gunpowder residue while they're at it.
