How does THAT work, running everyone's plates, registration and Vehicle Identification Number? More guilty until proven innocent? How did he know there were guns in the truck? Are smugglers routinely required to provide the authorities with a manifest of goods they intend to smuggle? This is so weird. About that $4,000. If only we paid our LEOs a fair wage, but no, they have to struggle and take bribes to make it. That's why everyone and his brother wants a badge.
