Why did NFATCA president forward claimant email about legal case to ATF?

Why?  Why would Brown be passing ATF information in their then-ongoing case?  What should we infer from the fact that he forwarded it without comment? Why would he do this without first consulting Savage, or telling him afterward? [More]

    NFATCA is misspelled. It should say JUDENRAT.
