  1. WikiLeaks reports that Central and South American governments are asking the DEA to help them oppress their political opponents with wiretaps and such. The president of one country was tipped off that his son, a drug lord, was going to be raided. Agents found many pounds of FLOUR.
    It's an entire hemisphere of official corruption, "for your protection."
