Well of course they should.

We all should.

Except who is qualified to do that "allowed" part?

I don't think I'd be inclined to inflate anybody's sense of self-importance enough to act like it's any of their damned business until it was time for them to find out.

  1. Before 9/11/01 occurred, one could order switch blades from Italy and have them shipped to your home.

    I may know someone who did that.

    Further, military (including National Guard and reserves) may order them shipped without restriction, and EMT's, and of course "only ones".
