That's Incredible!

Bird’s supporters say his defense was not legally able to challenge the credibility of the trespasser, Christine Harris... [More]
How credible is a justice system that would not demand that?

  1. The state Supreme Court upheld his conviction for criminal threatening of a woman who had passed several “No Trespassing’’ signs.

It occurs to me how lucky I am. I ran off some would-be CB radio thieves from my dad's driveway. They had the door open and the radio unmounted, but couldn't get the antenna cable unscrewed so they abandoned the attempt.
It was a PITCH-dark night, and I located them by the sound of their voices as they made their way through the woods. I had my .45 in hand and invited them not to come back, ever.
I guess what saved me is they couldn't see whether I really had a gun or not, or *I* might STILL be in jail.
What unintended consequences might arise as a result of courts ruling this way, I wonder.

  3. I've tracked that dog killing cunt to a location not very far from me. For some reason, she thinks she's safe here.

    More later.

  4. My comment to the Boston Globe: (had to do some creative writing to get it accepted)

So ... In NH a man is forbidden from using force, or even a threat of force, to remove a trespasser from his property?

He didn't shoot the lying canine of the female persuasion. So, what's the problem?
